Leadership on Call is a high-performance coaching and mentoring service built for easy access. Acknowledging the busy schedules of leaders and managers, the service provides the flexibility to minimise disruption and maximise impact.
It includes scheduled check in meetings, with the option for on-demand sessions whenever an immediate challenge requires guidance or a bouncing board.

Planned Check-ins
If you decide to move forward after your complimentary session, the next step is to agree the time, number, and frequency of check ins. Planned check ins are usually either 1 or 2 hours in duration and cover a range of agreed topics over an agreed period.
Note: Several slots can be kept for on demand purposes.
Meetings are typically held by Zoom, Teams, or phone and can be booked via the user friendly Calendly online booking system complete with electronic confirmation.
The service is confidential and objective providing leaders with support when they need it most.
A summary of meeting with any agreed action points will be emailed after the meeting for record purposes.
